Registration
Registration opens Sept. 1st, 2024 and is available online at RunSignUp. The race is limited to 200 participants. Registration closes December 16th, 2024. Club members receive a discount of $2. Become a member at WVMTR RunSignUp.

Packet Pick Up
Receive your race pack containing bib number, swag, and information at the following locations. If you do not attend, you do not receive the gear. Please do not ask. Directions to Robert’s Running and Walking Shop may be found on the Directions page.

Start Times
Participants must attend the pre-race briefing at 7:45 am. It will be quick.

Restrictions
There is a time limit of 9 hours for both the 50k and the 25k races. After cutoff times have past, sweepers will be sent to remove flagging and sweep the course. Please do not ask to continue run if cutoff times are not met.

Meals
A post-race meal is provided for runners after the race. There will be hot BBQ, hot soup, hot coffee, hot chocolate, and other bone warming food and snacks.

Additional Information
There is a designated table at the half way point for 50k runners to leave drop bags. Please label your bag with bib number and name. Runners may also retrieve or deposit items in their vehicles at the halfway point. Restrooms are also available at the halfway point.
If a runner is signed up for the 50k and needs to drop to the 25k because of injury, training, or whatever the reason may be, send me an email using the contact form by December 10th and I will switch you officially.
