Stewart Caldwell is interested in hosting a spring trail run in the New River Gorge. Plans are in the early stage, but it would be situated at the Fayetteville City Park like Canary in the Cave. Considering a 15k, looking at March 10 or 17. The 10th would be 2 weeks before Hollin' in the Holler. Stewart just wanted to get the idea to the Board, more details will be forthcoming.

As long as it doesn't directly compete with the Grinder I think it will be fine. There is application to complete to provide more details and a propsed budget. The Grinder is not a WVMTR race but we have always been supportive.

I agree with Dan Todd. Stewart is experienced with being an RD, so once the plans are set I'M down!
