We had a request for funds for a club run in Scott Depot called the 5 and 10keger. 

Tim Daly has devised an evening run at his place this summer with refreshments and campfire 

Sounds like a great idea.  Any more details?  Date?  Assuming 5 and 10-mile routes?

We will need a motion to support.  Our standard is to financially support up to $200.

In other business.  Avery Gibbs decided not to proceed with the Luna Run in the Kanawha Valley this year.  Instead, he was planning a run called Runnyside Up 10k-ish Trail Run.  It was going to be a low-key group run with the buffet at Golden Corral afterward.  He didn't have much interest, but ultimately it got cancelled due to some unforeseen family commitments for Avery.

In past the club has not purchased alcohol for these fun runs. I suggest we maintain that practice. I believe Crooked Creek Brewery is sponsoring this anyway. 

I move we approve a club fun run at Tim Dalys up to $200. Pete will need to handle the RSU sign up part.
