The annual meetings in Helvetia through 2018 included a presentation report that included our financial picture.  It's possible in the early years we shared our budget may have do so online as well.

I agree we do not need to publish on line our entire financial status on online. However if asked for at the Annual meeting of the membership that information should be available to report.

I support Matts plan to have financials available upon request and to view at the annual meeting.

Do we want to develop a Policy Statement, or a motion to require the President to begin? I would be glad to work with Matt and have a Policy for next meeting or earlier if needed.

I am a little confused.  I didn't think that we needed a motion to begin sharing a summary of the minutes.  What do you mean by a Policy Statement?
