Do you and Tim have a date? Will it be Watoga again?

If Marlinton camp/run weekend was not a race I think different/more folks would attend. Not everyone wants to race and I think some people newer to the club events do not realize if they don't want to race they are still welcome to attend this fun weekend. How do we advertise it as a" race if you want/hang out if you don't" event ? Any way we could plan a fun run for those not wanting to race?

Ashley, I think it would be totally copacetic for you (or someone else) to organize a separate run in Tea Creek, for example.  Another option for the weekend would only improve it from my standpoint.  We're in the business of having fun.  Let's discuss it more next quarter.

Sounds good to me guys. Dan T. I agree with you about the # of attendees. It is fine each year and your yard can only hold so many tents and we don't want to stress your bathroom capacity. I can brain storm and ask the folks this direction their thoughts as well and toss it out in our next meeting at Holiday Inn.
