Since this new forum was created we haven't had a conversation on how to really organized things. I might suggest that we have discussion and motions under the topic post, but save the voting until the recap topic is posted by the president. Votes in line with the discussion make it hard to track but also impede and impact conversation. It is fine you support something in the discussion but we should hear everyone's opinion (if they have one) before voting.

Seems logical to me. Motions, seconds, and discussion belong under the topic. Saving the voting until the end --under it's own "wrap-up/vote" topic/title seems appropriate.
Unless there is dissenting opinion, I think we should adopt this for future e-meetings.

Gentlemen and Lady,
I have numerous times preached the process Mr Todd just stated, even with our old system. Nevertheless folks like to say "I vote for....." Cool down and vote at the end. Good luck President Casseday.
