As a precursor to Dan Todd's comment (for informational clarity) in response to the following email from 1/19/19:
"Board,
I failed to add our BOD Officer Election to the agenda. Sorry for the oversight.
Is there any discussion or nominations for officer positions or are we comfortable with the current slate for 2019?

I move that we keep the current slate of officers for 2019:
President: Adam Casseday
Vice President: Dan Lehmann
Treasurer: Matt Young
Secretary: Daniel Todd

I vote yes for current lineup
If we ever get a Grand Pooba position, then I’m in.
