Please review and I would entertain a motion and second to approve the 10/24/19 meeting minutes:  https://wvmtr.org/club/members-forum/eboard-meeting-29-october-24-2019/

Let it be noted that the results of the WVMTR general election of board members concluded with Casseday and Dolin retaining their seats upon the board and Andrew Rhodes joining the board with Pete Daly's departure.   We appreciate Pete's years of service and heartily welcome Andrew to our board!

Thanks Pete for all the service, and thanks everyone for the welcome. I may not be able to fill Pete's proverbial shoes, but at least we have the same hair cut and beard!

I second the motion to approve minutes from last meeting.

Motion and a second.  Do we have any discussion?

Has there been any development towards CPR training? At only $15 per person, I support the idea of reimbursing (or even pre-paying) the cost for members to attend these trainings on two conditions: (1) the members are in good standing, (2) they agree to volunteer at a race in the same calendar year. Personally, I've never had CPR training, but I think the in-person training would be better than the online, especially if the in-person has some hands-on practice. I tend to never truly pay attention during online trainings.

@arhodes5

You beat Dan and me to the punch.  We'll discuss that in Item 4: Committee Reports.
