With the discussion of term limits and increased member and board participation in operating the club I'm happy to transition the treasurer role to anyone else that feels led to do it.  It's an oversight function that reviews race director reports and club transactions. We've been using Quickbooks online to do this and it's all set up and easy to learn.   A 990 filing is due around tax time. It's not hard, a little time consuming. I'd be happy to train the new treasurer for this year before the transition.  I don't want to hog the role and the glory.   I'm also content to continue for another year.

You do too good of a job to get off that easy!  I think paring down and dividing some of the extra duties that you have taken on will make your continuing the role easier.

Andrew is now doing most of the work that I did as Secretary as the web-master.  But it is nice to have another office close to the treasurer for ease of signing the annual tax submissions.  Its your guys call.

I don't particular need an additional title to continue doing the web-master work. DT, you're welcome to keep the Secretary title, especially with your close proximity to Treasurer.
