A Mountain State of Running
Can you please give us a report Matt. After Matt gives his report, I would entertain a motion and a second to accept his report.
Huntington Bank balances:
Money Market: $49,329.19
Checking: $61,497.45
Savings: $1,330.24
Total: $112,156.88
The checking balance is a bit higher than usual because we've only had one race so far this year and races through June have been postponed or cancelled. Yet, entry fees for those races are in our bank account. I suspect it will stay slightly elevated this year since one of our most popular races, Highlands Sky, offered deferrals so those race fees will stay in our account and won't be spent until next year.
I'm working on our 990 filing this week. The deadline is still May 15th as it has been in the past. There was not extension for 990s like personal incomes taxes.
There's been less activity than usual so I have nothing else to report. I'm happy to answer questions though.
Thanks-
Matt
As an side note to our financials, we added $10,000 to our RSU Reserve Fund to cover 1/2 of the anticipated Highlands refunds we anticipated. To date +90% have taken the deferral to 2021. We have 10k coming back.
Do we have a second to Bill's motion?
