Item 4: COVID-19 Response: We have a motion and a second to set a WVMTR BOD guideline (and share on our WVMTR webpage) during the pandemic for the club supported fun runs to be capped at 25 participants (unless the state guidelines should change), physical separation implemented, and COVID mitigation practiced.  Please vote. 

Item 5: Website: We have a motion and a second to purchase an SSL Certificate from GoDaddy (our website host) on a reoccurring annual basis. Please vote.  

Item 6: Canary: We have a motion and a second for Zeke Smith to take over the Canary in the Cave race director position status post COVID.  It was stipulated in the preliminary discussion that he will not utilize his timing company business (APTiming) to profit from the position.  Please vote. 

Item 7: Other Business: We have a motion and a second to support and adopt the Middle Ridge Monster fun run directed by Mike Dolin at the customary fun-run amount of $200.  Please vote.
