Welcome new board members Bob Luther and Lauren Beam. We are glad to have both of you. The process here is quite simple. We discuss the topics listed and if/when there is a motion and second, we move to the item listed "Voting" once I have emailed all board members that voting and wrap-up is indicated. We do not formally vote under the individual topics.
Please review and I would entertain a motion and second to approve the 10/7/20 meeting minutes here.
