Adam, what does the host have to say about the event?  Are they in favor of having it?  If not, we can move past this discussion.

We already have something else scheduled so I won't be able to attend regardless.

I mirror Matt's feeling on confirming if we are welcome and then proceeding.  I think we would need to follow any state-suggested public health protocols.  As of today, we are not below our CDC metric for having events.  I'm hopeful that it will decline as vaccinations rise.

I want to say I'm not for requiring vaccination to attend if we do have it, but we certainly can highly recommend anyone attending to be vaccinated.

I would feel comfortable attending if the metric is allowing.

Dolin and I were just talking about this the other day. Let's ask the owners and see what they want to do before we publicize and go from there. If they are cool, our #s are down enough, and we push the honesty about being vaccinated preferred to attend I would love to hold a face to face meeting again.   

I have not formally approached the SMS owners about holding the annual meeting there.  I will do so and we can table the discussion until we have confirmation.  If the board is agreeable, we can continue the discussion via email once we have more information.

I am comfortable with an in person meeting if the owners and rest of the board is amenable.
