Can you please give us a report Matt. After Matt gives his report, I would entertain a motion and a second to accept his report.

Current balances:
Money Market: $49,636.82
Checking: $43,817.96
Savings: $1,370.50
Total: $94,825.28
There's been very little banking activity without having races, about 15 transactions for the year so far.
The 990 filing is underway but not done yet. It's due May 15th. The annual not for profit filing with the secretary of state will be done about the same time but not due until July 1st.
I'm happy to answer any questions.
