Item 3: Proposed Bylaws Change:  The Executive Committee presented a recommended bylaws amendment.  The amendment adds the language that a board member must have served at least one of the immediately preceding three years on the board prior to being eligible for the officer position of President and Treasurer.  The board consensus was general endorsement and suggested bylaws change will be presented to the club during the Annual Meeting.  The amendment will require a two-thirds vote of members present at the meeting for approval.  No vote necessary 

Item 4: Donation Requests: We have a motion and a second to donate $1,000 to the Heart of the Highland Trail System and $1,000 to the Meeks Mountain Trail Alliance.  Please vote. 

Item 5: Club Supported Fun Run Request:  We have a motion and a second to adopt the club supported fun run presented by Katie Wolpert and Jon Engelkemier planned for 6/19/21 in the Otter Creek Wilderness Area.  Reimbursed expenses up to $200. Please vote. 

Item 6: Annual Meeting:  No action taken.  Next steps:  Casseday will approach SMS property owners about the possibility of 7/24/21 date for Annual Meeting and will report back to full board via email for further discussion.
