I vote Yes on the Muddy Mutt. We are heading to Red Creek this afternoon so I won't have internet or phone access.
Item 1: Minutes from 4/22/21 and 5/20/21 E-meetings, 7/27/21 Annual Meeting: Motion and a second to approve the minutes from the 4/22/21, 5/20/21 e-meetings, as well as the 7/27/21 Annual Meeting. Please vote.
Item 2: Treasurer's Report: We have a motion and second to accept the report as presented by Matt Young. Please vote.
Item 3: Annual Meeting Actionable Items: No action required. Updated WVMTR bylaws will be uploaded to the website.
Item 4: Proposal for New Club Event: We have a motion and a second to accept the proposal by club member Jason Asbury to hold a new WVMTR event, the Meeks Mountain Muddy Mutt 15k, March 19, 2022 in Hurricane. Please vote.
Item 5: Other Business: Discussed new Patagonia Teams Sales contact and the possibility of ordering club jackets (down sweaters) this fall. No action required.

@arhodes5 Haulin may very well be a thing of the past. It won't be held and Eleanor and Gregg has been having unofficial discussions to try to get someone to take it over. That's part of the reason Jason picked March for the new Muddy Mutt to partially fill the void on the schedule left by Haulin.
