Item 1: Minutes from 7/29/21 E-meeting: Motion and second to approved the minutes as presented. PLEASE VOTE.
Item 2: Treasurer's Report: Matt Young, WVMTR Treasurer, gave a financial report. Motion and second to approved the financial report as presented. PLEASE VOTE.
Item 3: BOD Annual Election: Casseday, Rhodes, and Dolin plan to see re-election. Casseday will send email to full club seeking nominations to be sent to Dan Todd for execution of electronic election. Candidate photos and statements will be submitted by November 1; election held electronically November 6-13, 2021. No action necessary.
Item 4: Club Jackets: Casseday will proceed with notifying club members and the order. No action necessary.
Item 5: Other Business: No new business discussed. No action necessary.
