Looks great to me as long as everyone is willing to serve yet another year.

I would like to be replaced as treasurer and do not intend to run for a board seat again after my term is up in December.  As much as I've enjoyed this role over the years, both on the board and as treasurer, there are others that love the club that would appreciate an opportunity to serve and be involved just like I have.

I would like for Lauren to consider a nomination as Treasurer. 

If someone would like to step in a Secreatry.  I would not be hurt in the slightest.  But I'll serve if needed.

@laurbeam20 Yes!  Certainly, I'm excited for you. Some may see this role as a grind but I've enjoyed it and the tasks of the Treasurer will come easy to you. We'll work together this year to make a smooth transition.

Thank you @matt for all the years of service to the club as a board member and treasurer.  You have been a great asset and I am certain that you will continue to serve the club and our mission in many ways.  Thank you for your willingness to train and support Lauren (should the BOD vote to accept her nomination) in a smooth transition.

As secretary, what all does one need to do? I am interested in this position, but do not want to see you go. However, I understand with life changes and needing new individuals on this Board there comes a time when positions are to passed along.

Taking and send sending the in-person meeting notes to Andrew.  Working with the other officers on planning to bring to the board at large.  This really only took place during covid.  Signing the occasional tax document because we are located near the Treasurer.   I also have signature authority at the bank which we finally got sorted out after many months.  Bringing Laura on board will start that process all over.

I don't mind doing it because there really isn't much to it.
