Item 1: Minutes from 7/30/22 Annual Meeting:  Motion and second to approved the minutes as presented.  PLEASE VOTE.  

Item 2: Treasurer's Report:   Lauren Beam, WVMTR Treasurer, gave a financial report.  Motion and second to approve the financial report as presented.  PLEASE VOTE.  

Item 3: BOD Annual Election: I will email the general membership seeking other nominations. Candidate photos and statements will be submitted by November 1; election held electronically November 5-12, 2022. 

Item 4: WVMTR COVID Plan: Motion and second to dissolve the club mitigation plan, but to keep communicable disease language in waiver.  PLEASE VOTE.

Item 5: Club Jackets:  Casseday will proceed prior to holiday season.

Item 6: Trail Sisters Designation:  Motion and second to make all WVMTR events Trail Sister approved.  Bob Luther will execute designation with Trail Sisters and educate WVMTR race directors of this new expectation.  PLEASE VOTE.

Item 7: 2023 Annual Meeting:  Consensus is to hold the 2023 WVMTR Annual Meeting at the Rhodes' property in Durbin, July 21-23.

Item 8: Other Business:  Request from Dan Lehmann for funding timing equipment repairs.  Motion and second to accept repair costs of timing equipment up to $350.  PLEASE VOTE.
