Entities that are eligible to be named as an additional insured are:  sponsor and co-promoter of your event and owner/lessor of the premises where your event is being held.  Timing companies, race directors and police officers are ineligible to be named as additional insureds.  

We also offer equipment coverage, for a premium of $2.55 per $100 of replacement cost value.  Let me know if you would like me to forward you the application.
