Item 1: Minutes from 7/22/23 Annual Meeting and BOD Meeting: Motion and second to approve the minutes. PLEASE VOTE
Item 2: Treasure's Report: Motion and second to approve the unaudited report given aby Lauren Beam, WVMTR Treasurer. PLEASE VOTE
Item 3: BOD Annual Election: Casseday, Rhodes, and Dolin have accepted nomination for another 2-year term. I have already emailed the general membership seeking other nominations. Katie Wolpert is the contact member. If we have nominees, candidate photos and statements will be submitted by November 1; election held electronically November 4-11, 2023. No vote necessary.
Item 4:RD/BOD Free WVMTR Race Entry Initiative: After discussion, there is a motion and second to table this. PLEASE VOTE
Item 5: Other Business: Discussion about possible regional group runs and outreach. No action/vote necessary.
