I’ll just mention that the WVMTR annual calendar flyers were printed.  They had them available at Trilogy, and I believe Adam is working to get them distributed to other race directors.  If anyone has other ideas on where they could be distributed, ideas would be welcome I think.  Might be nice to have them at some local running stores…maybe in Charleston or Morgantown?  I’m just not familiar with those possible locations.

Bob is out of the country and I'm not sure if he's going to be able to be on here.  Maybe Ashley could get some of them to Rachel or I can mail them to the Luther residence as well.

Aaron could drop some off at ACE adventure gear and Waterstone in Fayetteville if you all would like. He works over that way.

@laurbeam20, If I get my act together next week, I'll divide some up and get them out in the mail.  They aren't going to do any good in my basement!

They weren't too big of a hit at the Trilogy, but then again, I think we're preaching to the choir.  We likely need to get them out to running stores, ACE, events, etc.

More of an fyi, but I plan to do another club jacket order this fall.  I'm going to do the Patagonia down sweaters again.

As another side note, once I get the club shirt inventory down -- and ultimately gone -- I'm planning to do an annual/bi-annual club shirt order where people will simply select the shirt color/size/etc and I'll get them printed and shipped.  That way, people can get what they want and we will not have any inventory or capital expenditure.  Having boxes and boxes of shirts old enough to vote, simply is not productive or sustainable in the long-term.

@acasseday I like the plan for new club shirts going forward!

Visitors centers would be a great place to put them to catch some new eyes. I can take some to the Elkins/Randolph center any day.

I desperately need one of those old club shirts, Adam. My favorite old red one went missing a while ago now and now I can’t find the long sleeve black one I had from trilogy a few years ago. I have nothing suitable to wear under my sweaters to work without them!
