Item 3: BOD Annual Election: The following two year terms are set to expire: Beam, Wales, Wolpert, and Luther.  All have agreed to accept a nomination for another 2-year two-year term, except Bob Luther.  We all appreciate Bob's contributions to the board and continued contributions as a race director.  As a side point, I intent to nominate Ian Voysey as a possible replacement.  I verified with him and he accepted.  I will email the club to see additional nominations.

Item 4: Club Fun Run Request:  Request from Ian Voysey and Dan Lehmann for a Winter Solstice Run in Helvetia.  Motion and second to approve the minutes. PLEASE VOTE

Item 5: Adult Running Camp: Motion and second to approve proceeding with a partnership with Experience Learning to conduct an Adult Running Camp next August.  PLEASE VOTE
