Is there any discussion and are there nominations for any officer positions for the 2025 calendar year?

Ashley sent me an email and said she won't be able to log-on until this evening. We will have to wait to see if she is willing to accept the nomination.
Lauren, are willing to accept the nomination for Treasurer? I sure hope so because you do an amazing job.

I appreciate the kind words, Adam. It has been a trying last few months for us and I don't feel like I have been able to put in the amount of time I would like but I am coming into 2025 with lots of hope for the future!

@asdolin, mostly procedural for e-meetings, but you would take minutes at the Annual Meeting and share with board electronically afterward.

Also, as part of the executive committee, you would be part of any necessary executive meetings -- which has rarely occurred in the past.

If we do actually have the annual meeting on 7/19, our family would not be in attendance and I'd really not want to accept being secretary then turn around and miss my first actual job.

@asdolin, that's not all that big of deal. You're not obligated to be there and someone else can take notes. I think it's high time that you had an executive board position as long as you've been on the board. (I'm trying to twist your arm to accept . . .)

I'm fine with being the secretary, Adam. No arm twisting needed. Just wanted to confirm that 2025 is the year of scheduling conflicts for our family.
