Item 1: Minutes from 1/16/25 meeting: We have a motion and second to accept the minutes. Please vote.

Item 3: Other Business: We have a motion and a second for accepting a donation of a Stihl MSA200 chainsaw from Donald Marsh, to be stored with the North equipment, and to spend up to $350 on a battery and charger for the saw. Please vote.
