It is time to set the date for the Annual meeting planned at SMS. Last year was 7/26-28.

July 24-26 works around many races this year if that sounds good to others.

Spruce Mt South supports the club holding the meeting. I just sent a note to them regarding same weekend. July 24-26, 2020. I'm fairly certain that date will be ok if that's our choice.
We need a budget estimate; portojon and food.

Do you recall what we spent last year? I think I had around $200 in food items and we had a few portajohns.

I can foresee some increased expenses with increased participation. I imagine a budget of up to $1,000 being prudent.

Date is on my calendar for now. Hopefully it works out. Do it up right, $1000 isn't too much for the event. We have a bunch of cash that should be used to benefit our members and our mission.

I've set the date of July 24-26 on the WVMTR BoD calendar. It will automatically appear on your calendar if you subscribed. I can always change the date if needed.
