See attached meeting documents from the WVMTR Annual Meeting held via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic on Tuesday 7/28/20 at 7:00 pm. I have also attached the meeting agenda and the minutes from the 2019 Annual Meeting. Please review and I would entertain a motion and second to approve.

I reviewed the 2020 Annual Meeting minutes and I do not have changes. It seems accurate.
I move to approve the minutes as presented.

Annual Meeting, Item 8; Jackets were not purchased this year, last was 2018 or 2019. It was mentioned maybe jackets/sweaters could be done again this year
