My suggestion is that we currently set a WVMTR BOD guideline for the club supported fun runs [Midsummer Night, Wild Turkey, and Middle Ridge Monster (if approved)] at 25-maximum participants, physical separation implemented, and COVID mitigation practiced.

Is this guidance that we can get behind as a board?

@acasseday Yes.  Unless the state implements stricter rules.

Sure can. Fun runs are for less participants than races. That reason is why races are being cancelled or postponed and fun runs give hope to those who have been looking for an event to participate in.

In that case, I move that we set a WVMTR BOD guideline (and share on our WVMTR webpage) during the pandemic for the club supported fun runs to be capped at 25 participants (unless the state guidelines should change), physical separation implemented, and COVID mitigation practiced.

I realize that the president shouldn't make motions (but can), but I'm trying to expedite our process.
