Voting and wrap-up. Please vote accordingly for the below items:
Item 1 Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from 8/4/20 meeting. We have a motion and second to accept the minutes. Please vote.
Item 2: Treasure's report: We have a motion and second to accept the report. Please vote.
Item 3: COVID Reponse: We have a motion and second to have a roll call vote as to whether to hold the rescheduled (due to COVID-19 pandemic) Haulin’ in the Holler event this year scheduled for 11/14/20. Please vote “yes” to proceed and “no” to cancel.
Item 4: Club Jackets: Consensus to proceed with club jacket ordering this fall. Casseday will oversee. No vote necessary.
Item 5: BOD Annual Election: Casseday and Rhodes will execute the 2021 election with a call for nominees in mid-October; candidates' photo and statement submitted by November 1; election held November 6-13, 2020. Todd expressed desire to seek another term while Lehmann, Potts, and Young expressed intentions to not run. No vote necessary.
Item 6: Other Business: No other new business.

3. Not sure why anyone would want to hold a race during a pandemic, but if Greg assumes all liability then have at it. Yes.
Its been a pleasure, rest in peace Eddie Van Halen, maybe I'll see you guys one day up on the mountain. In the meantime stay safe.

Thank you all and, particularly, thank you Bill Potts and Dan Lehmann for your service to our club for so many many years. You will both be certainly missed.
