There is a local sign shop in Nitro who also prints stickers. Here is the quote

4.5" X 2.5" Full Color Oval cut 50 stickers @$1.00 each OR 100 stickers @ $0.75 each OR 250 @ $0.50 each OR 500 @ $0.45 each

4.5'X 2.5' White Reflective vinyl Decal Weatherproof Full Color Oval Cut 50 @ $1.25 each 100 @ $0.95 each 250 @ $0.65 each 500 @ $0.55 each

These are like what we have now with the layers of mountains below  the WVMTR words

Seems like a fair price to me.  I have no reservations purchasing a couple hundred.  We would simply hand them out for free, correct?

@acasseday DL tried to give them to new members and existing members at events.    

Buying 250 is below the amount that we put in our procedures for the board to have to approve for a non race expenses so if Ashley has access the the credit card I think she should get 250 of the full color oval.  There might be a setup charge which is fine.   

Then put somE in each RDs hands to distribute.  

Of course we could by more and have them distributed to everyone the runs in a WVMTR race this year.

SO we want full color oval, not the reflective. Is this what I am understanding? Also, 250 it is. Dolin happens to have the club card since Middle Ridge Monster is the next event. I'll get on it once we pass the vote and I know for sure which ones to get or we could do some of each if need be. 

We do not absolutely have to vote on this since the expense should be below the threshold, but I would prefer that we go ahead and formally vote to approve the expenses so that it is in our minutes.

So, would anyone be so kind to make a motion and second?

I move that we order full color stickers in a quantity of 250 at $125 plus setup fees, shipping, and taxes.  

I second the motion to approve the purchase of stickers.
