Please review and I would entertain a motion and second to approve the 10/20/22 e-meeting minutes: https://wvmtr.org/members-forum/eboard-meeting-41-october-20-2022/

More learning and questions here.  For the minutes review and approval, would you just read through all the comments on the various topics?  This sure makes the secretary’s job easy. 🤣

@charleannej, I'm not sure I entirely understand your question.  If you mean for a quick way for you to review, then I would simply look at the "Voting" topic for a summarization of the meeting.

Once our meeting ends, I (not the secretary) simply create a pdf summary of the e-meeting that Andrew posts to the WVMTR website under the Members tab.

That answered my question. I couldn’t find the pdf summary on the website, but the voting topic provides a good summary.  Thanks Adam.

@charleannej, maybe that's something else you can remedy should you take on the Membership Chair?

You go to: https://wvmtr.org/club/membership/    click on Membership Benefits and the pw is dollysods2009.  There you can see the BOD meeting minutes summaries.

Ok, I found all the info.  I must have entered the password wrong when I tried logging in there before because I just got an error message.

@charleannej @acasseday Yes, there is an error message the first time you use the password. If you go to the page a 2nd time and enter the password again, then it should work correctly. I don't know what the problem is. I've been struggling to fix it for a while now. I may have tracked down the error source, but I don't understand how to write website .htaccess files very well.
