I am working on finishing up bookkeeping for calendar year 2022 so I can get the tax return filed. I have updated the google doc through 1/5/23 if you all could please update your card usage as soon as you can that would be great. Once I get the bookkeeping completed for the year, I can share financial statements with the officers via email. I can also provide a copy of the tax return (its riveting) if anyone is interested. 

Other than that, the bank balances as of today are: 

Money Market- $53,463.63

Checking- $29,604.96

Savings-$1,440.82

I recently reviewed Kanawha Trace financials provided by Bob. It had a small loss. I am waiting on Frozen Sasquatch to review. 

We got the QuickBooks cancelled because I can use my work software for free.

I know you have told us to work on the card usages. Most of us here are not race directors using the cards. I do live with a race Director and will make sure all purchases are double checked for sure! Jason Asbury is now a new RD and not in these meetings. My point being the BOD are usually not the ones purchasing with the card. Adam and Bob, yes. Do we have a way to make sure Jason is on the up and up for any race expenditures from last Muddy Mutt? I know any cost for 2023 will show up this year and nothing from 2022. Hopefully this makes sense and no one is confused on my wording.
