Item 5: North Trailer and Equipment Storage Modification:  We have motions and seconds to approve the monthly expense of a storage unit outside Elkins and to approve U-Haul truck rentals for the North Equipment transport.  Please vote. 

Item 6: Other Business:  Discussion was entertained about a process document for club-sponsored fun runs and about Ian Voysey taking on a quarterly newsletter.  Consensus was to press forward with each next step.  No vote necessary.
