Please give us a brief report Lauren (thanks for taking the time in the midst of tax season). After Lauren gives her report, I would entertain a motion and a second to accept.

Hi all! Yes, sorry for jumping on so late! Adam is spot on, tax season has me in its grips!

Money Market: $54,077.19

Checking: $34,065.51

Savings $1561.27

Total: $89,703.97

We are on track for a timely 990 filing due May 15. I will send everyone financials for the year when I have them finished. It will be late April/early May when they are done.

I think the implementation of Expensify seems to be going well. I have not heard any negative feedback. Dolin & Bob as RDs have both uploaded expenses as well as Adam and Andrew on the board. I really appreciate everyone willing to embrace change!

Things seem stable and status quo over here on the treasurer report. Not much to report, which is a good thing. Be on the lookout for finished financials and please let me know if there are any questions.
